Google built-in, and upgraded MyNissan App experience offer seamless integration between vehicle, driver, and the digital world
Region becomes first globally to debut new MyNissan Ownership feature on the App, with regional expansion underway
Dubai, UAE (20 August 2025) – Nissan is elevating the connected driving experience inthe Middle East with the regional rollout of its next-generation Connected Car Services 2.0(CCS 2.0), now available across the entire Patrol lineup, including the all-new PRO-4X andNISMO editions. Building on the momentum of the all-new Patrol launch earlier this year,the brand is focusing on delivering a smarter, more integrated ownership and drivingjourney through advanced digital connectivity.
At the heart of this innovation is the MyNissan app, which offers a range of enhancedfeatures to strengthen the connection between driver and vehicle. Leading this digitaltransformation is the global debut of the MyNissan Ownership feature in the Middle East.Available through MyNissan App, the feature offers four essential services: booking aservice appointment, scheduling a test drive, locating a nearby Nissan dealer, anddiscovering local attractions. Designed to simplify routine interactions, this intuitive toolreflects Nissan’s commitment to delivering customer-first innovations that begin wellbefore the engine starts.
Through Connected Car Services 2.0, Patrol owners can now access a wide array of remotefunctions and real-time data. These include remote locking and unlocking, monitoring thestatus of doors, windows, and trunk, starting the engine, and pre-setting the cabintemperature from anywhere via the MyNissan app. The system also delivers live vehiclehealth diagnostics, providing updates on the status of critical components such as battery,oil pressure, tire condition, airbags, and more. This empowers owners to stay informedand in control of their vehicle’s condition at all times.

Connectivity inside the cabin has also been redefined. The Patrol is the first Nissan vehiclein the region to offer Google built-in, enabling seamless access to Google Maps, GoogleAssistant, and Google Play directly from the vehicle’s 28.6-inch Monolith display. Anembedded internet connection ensures continuous updates and reliable access to onlineservices, transforming the Patrol into a fully connected SUV. In addition, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto allow drivers to stay connected to their digital lives effortlessly,enhancing safety, personalization, and convenience.
The rollout of these enhanced connected services is now live across all Patrol models inthe UAE and Saudi Arabia, with further expansion to additional models and countriesplanned in the coming months as part of Nissan’s broader digital strategy. This expansionunderscores Nissan’s long-term vision for a fully connected and customer-centric mobilityecosystem.
The complete Patrol line-up including the recently-launched all-new Patrol PRO-4X, andMiddle East-exclusive all-new Patrol NISMO, is now available through Nissan's partnernetwork across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the wider region.
